Very low volume month for me.  I'm still getting back into the swing of things with recovering from the concussion and all the international travel.

Swim and bike were very paltry.

But, I hit 132.27mi. in August.  I'm really proud of that.  When I first started this journey (April), I would have NEVER dreamed I'd be doing more running than anything.
