Subject: RE: Workout question It really depends on how your workouts, other than the cardio, are laid out and what your diet looks like. Diet is always the #1 concern. You can manipulate your caloric intake to match pretty much any cardio schedule and loose weight. If you go longer sessions and keep the days spaced out you could carb cycle. If you go short sessions keep them very intense. The other key is to keep your foods very clean. Meats w/o sauces, low gi carbs, green veggies, etc. |
