That sounds like a gross thread name, but I swear it's not about #2!

Anyway, has anyone freaked out more about their second tri than their first?  mine's tomorrow and now that I have a time to compare it to, I'm starting to psyche myself out.  I feel I've kept up my training, I feel prepared, and I know I should be able to take time off the bike and T1 (my t1 was awful first time out), but yeah, I'm sitting at work shaking.  It's a little pathetic.  Help!

It makes sense. The first one you may not have set high expectations for yourself, but now that you understand your body a little more, you may be setting goals. Goal setting is a little scary, but just remember that a goal is not a law or a rule and if your goals break down mid race, don't try to make up for them. Just have fun! Good luck!
