Subject: Hoping to set a new half marathon PR tomorrow!
My best half marathon time is 1:51.  In April I ran the Salt Lake Half Marathon hoping to finish under 1:51--I finished in 1:52.  Tomorrow I'm going to do what it takes to finish under 1:51!!!  Will she make her goal...tune in tomorrow afternoon sometime to find out!

Really push in that last mile if you're close.

I'm not going to say good luck, because luck doesn't have much to do with racing if you've done the training - so go and get that PR!
