very windy and cold run.
What would you do differently?:

I think I could have pushed harder but I have been battling a bad left knee so was cautious

ate immediatey, bathroom, and walk

What limited your ability to perform faster:

worried about a sore left knee

Event comments:

disappointed in medals and no dri-fit shirt. Could have been better quality.
