Comments: started off with someone who was going to push the whole time so her pace had to be a little slower. so, i ran up with the founders of Team Hoyt and ran wtih Grace and Angela. We kept up a good pace the whole time, stopping for 1 walk break at mile 7 or so for a Gu and serious water stop for all. Felt a twinge in the (L) hamstring/adductor complex and the blister on my (R) arch was acting up. other than that, strong race. What would you do differently?: Nothing  Post race
Warm down: stretched and hung out with Team Hoyt. Walked back to the Dentist office and put on my new compression socks. I think they work! Last updated: 2010-09-07 12:00 AM

up at 4:15 to eat oatmeal and craisins and 1 cup of coffee. Met up wtih team hoyt at Trey's office but my athlete wasn't there, so I stretched and tried to find someone new to run with!
