Transition 1
Comments: Loooong transition but when you have to run through a building I guess that will happen. Bike
Transition 2
Comments: Yes, it's also a long transition. Deal with it :P Run
Comments: Stomach issues REALLY kicked in here. At the end if I had kept running it wouldn't have been pretty. As it was I was ok. It actually worked out well because I ended up chatting with a fellow runner/walker who was having the same issue and it made the walk seem much quicker (though not much faster) Post race
Event comments: It was a fun race and the volunteers and spectators really add to it. Last updated: 2009-09-29 12:00 AM

Got up incredibly early and went to transition area to check everything. I ate a peanut butter sandwich and eventually got my wetsuit on.
