argh! wetsuit stuck. AND i had my helmet thewrong direction on my aerobars so i threw it on backward - took it off the glasse flew off as well. the exit was crowded. still had fastest T1 in my AG.

injured foot hurt a lot on the pavement. ok on the trail. could get much speed.
had to slow down due to slower runners ahead of me at narrow parts of the course.
What would you do differently?:

this is difficult to answer. i would train more BUT i couldn't trin due to an injury. i should have just not done the race.

no run 6 weeks prior training and injured foot

overall the race is well organized and a decent course. several friends were there so that made it fun

Awesome race, Brue. You would never know by your run time that you were unable to train due to injury. Excellent job on everything!
