Comments:

100k Relay. I ran three of the 15 legs for a total of around 12 miles. I'm not sure how they came up with this time for us...we had our time more around 11:53:00...but we will take it. Had a blast!! Even through all the rain.
What would you do differently?:

More planning. Better packing.

Warm down:

Changed into dry clothes and rode home in a stinky car for 2 hours.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Rain and lack of trail training.
