Master  2411   Goodyear, AZ |  Subject: Tour De ScottsdaleOctober 3rd. Anyone else doing this? They have a crit this year on the saturday. I'm planning on doing the 70 mile Tour. It will be my first bike race (except for a really dodgy metric century in Casa Grande a few years back) . They said aerobars are OK as long as you are careful. |

You absolutely can. I did this race back in '07 with very little bike experience, and a bike that was old and too big for me. I still made it! Not only that, but one of my co-workers did it too and she rarely rides any kind of bike at all! It took her all day, but she still made it. So for you - pfffft! Piece o' cake! |
