Comments: had to switch orthodics Run
Comments: haven't been running much...so it hurt a bit more than it should have. Good to go out harder than I thought I might be able to maintain...was correct speed, just hurt longer. Don't start too slow for 10k...start hard and stay hard. Post race

Biking to work 4 days a week with additional long rides 2 times a week. Swim 3 times a week. Run once per week last 6 weeks (knee injury).
5 minute bike, swim. Ate too much breakfast too late (yogurt and granola + clif bar) finishing up at 4:45...started race warmup around 6:30.
