Comments:

Run felt great. 2nd place after 5k, but I think I went out too fast trying to keep up with the leaders. I stayed in 2nd until about the 6k mark. That's when the others took off. I missed noticing the 9km marker. Had I seen it, I would have kicked a little earlier, as I was only out of 4th by 6 seconds, so I knew where 4th place was. I tried to push, but I had let him get a little too far out ahead, and just didn't have it in me to catch him. Overall good run.
What would you do differently?:

Stay a little more on my race pace at the beginning, and kick a little earlier.
