Had a hard time with staying in a straight line.
swim was tough, I spent a lot of energy trying to stay on course.
Was really tired by the end

need to learn to site while I swim better

still had problems getting into shoes once I rode.
actually lost a shoe and had to stop and put it on, cost me 30 seconds.
Not sure if leaving shoes clipped in was such a good idea.
was disoriented trying to find bike, cost 5 seconds looking in the wrong place.

I felt horrible during the run, felt like it took a long time for me to get my legs back.
Hurt for most of the race, last mile I felt good and pushed myself.
Not sure how I did a better time than Lebanon because I felt a whole lot slower.
What would you do differently?:

just need to work of getting faster

none, my leg hurt and I had a few blisters.

training, I need more time on the bike.
