Comments: Guy passed me after 150. I hung onto his toes to the finish. What would you do differently?: Seed myself less aggressively. I don't like swimming that hard. Transition 1
Comments: Did not clip shoes in ahead of time for this race after struggling to get into my shoes on the fly in the last two races. What would you do differently?: Maybe go back to flying mount with clipped in shoes. I didn't like the feeling of standing there putting my bike shoes on. Bike
What would you do differently?: Take better care of nutrition for the two days leading up to the race. ;) Wine fest with Team was fun on Friday, but did not help. Transition 2
Comments: Hopped around a little bit while putting shoes on. Run
Comments: I went so hard, I was slobbering on myself for most of the run(hot, I know ;) ) Finally did a run so hard that I had no kick left at the end. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race

Filled tires with air. Stole my wife's Jelly Beans and ate them. Texted Tony. Sipped some water. Got body marked.
Swam about 150 yards and practiced going under lanes. Then I did a complimentary cannonball for the crowd. Oh yeah, I splashed all of the swimmers from #30-#50, including my wife and two team mates.
