Subject: My Journey From 400 Pounds To ULTRA Endurance Athlete & Ironman

Good Morning Everyone,

I put together a little video that chronicles my journey from Super Morbid Obesity to Ultra Endurance Athlete & Ironman. So many people have played a tremendous roll in my journey, including many of you here on BT. I found my inspiration in the beginning from others, so I am trying to pay it forward and hopefully inspire that one person who may be doubting themself or ability. Have an awesome day!

. . . and sneaking in that "motivation" part was just cold-blooded as I sit here at work.

Again, Awesome.

Thank YOU guys for being so cool & Awesome. It was hard for a 400 pound guy to feel like part of such a "Fit" community, but you all have always made me feel so at home. THANK YOU!

Wow!!!  Great story and thanks for the inspiration.  I was sitting on the couch looking for excuses to not get out and do my ride.  I can now say I have my ride done for the day thanks to your story.

Holy crap, that's an amazing journey. I'd say congratulations, but that usually implies a finish. You seem to be going strong, so...wow!

Congratulations- an incredible journey.  Looks like you were doing some more than respectable times as well- amazing.

Oddly enough, I just watched a similar video that someone posted on Daily Mile.  Same 400lb to marathon to ironman journey.  So- you're not alone.

I hope this is a trend.  OK- everybody off the couch and start movin'!

totally awesome.

Once you have the surgery done, was it the kind that has a band where the stomach can get larger or do you have the same size "tummy."   If it's still a small stomach how do you eat enough since you must be burning lots of calories?  Just curious on that though

regardless  it's an incredible achievment   !!
