@ Gaaarrry....

I had Gastric Bypass, where there is no placement of a band of any sort in me. Here is what the Roux-en-Y (RNY) Gastric Bypass looks like:

So before surgery my stomach could hold 4 liters of content, as of now, my new pouch is still smaller than a raquetball, so in order for me to get in my calories, I have to eat all day long... It is a challenge, but I get it done...

very cool,, A co-worker had the same procedure done, and she grazes all day to get enough calories but she's also not expending the amount you are in a day, which is why I was curious

Good Morning Everyone,

I put together a little video that chronicles my journey from Super Morbid Obesity to Ultra Endurance Athlete & Ironman. So many people have played a tremendous roll in my journey, including many of you here on BT. I found my inspiration in the beginning from others, so I am trying to pay it forward and hopefully inspire that one person who may be doubting themself or ability. Have an awesome day!

Dan ... it's been so awesome of you to share your path with us here at BT.

You are truly a tremendous inspiration, and by continuing to give, give, give, you are far more than (as if this weren't enough) a guy who lost a lot of weight and accomplished some pretty amazing things.
