Comments:

This was my first stand alone half marathon, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. My hip was still hurting from the bike crash in Tawas HIM, but it didn't slow me down much, just made miles 6-13 uncomfortable. Felt pretty good from a cardio standpoint.
What would you do differently?:

not much, pretty happy with result
