What would you do differently?:

Start my sprint a little bit later but pick up my pace a little sooner.

Stretch with help from the fine folks on-site! I'm doing that every race!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Poor training!

Event comments:

This was a great race and well organized. My only complaint is that they had walkers mixed in with the runners. Slowed down the start ALOT. I think they need to setup runners' and walkers' corrals.
