Thanks! Beautiful pics! Was it shallow the whole way?

What was the course shape?

Did you use sunscreen? What kind?

What will you do differently next weekend besides, "go faster"?

The water was shallow the whole way, 15' at the deepest i'd say, probably more like 12.  Didn't see a single fish funny enough, not that I noticed anyways.  Saw a starfish and that was about it.  I was told there was a barracuda hanging out by the dock but I didn't see him.  The course was a triangle, although the legs were not equidistant. 

Sunscreen I use is 30spf Ocean Potion.  I love this stuff.  No chaffing under arms or knees after 5k is okie dokie with me, and no sunburn either!

As of right now I am just trying to recover from the previous weekend...I will most definitely not drink beers as a recovery drink...Once I get over this weekend hangover I'll start thinking about my race on Saturday!

Hey, you need like bratwursts with the beer ... recovery requires some protein in addition to the carbs.
