Swim
Comments: Nice OWS swim. Nothing remarkable to mention. Transition 1
Comments: Not too bad, maybe could have gone 30-45 sec faster. Put shirt on at T1 which took all of 3 seconds. Bike
Comments: Started out slower then progressivly sped up for a harder effort all the way to the finish. Transition 2
Comments: Nothing to add. Run
Comments: Pushed it pretty good here. Ran the last mile @ 8:03 pace What would you do differently?: faster I suppose. Post race
Warm down: wet towel on head, banana and water. Event comments: Great job. Only thing that needs work is the waiting for your gear from T1 issue. It took about 90 min to get my gear. If I do this race again I would try to pass off my T1 bag to Milagros at the bike start so no need to wait. Last updated: 2010-10-03 12:00 AM

Got to T1 at 6:30 expecting it to close at 7. It never really closed. Found my space and went to grab some breakfast. My wave went off at 8:50 so I had some time.
Same about 150 out and 150 back. Was a good thing, practicing on the surf and realizing my bibjohn needed to be tightened.
