It's a fantastic event and I'm sure it would get a lot of viewers. What a shame... Actually I can't imagine watching it live. I mean, it's over 8 hours before even the winners cross the finish line, and 17 before it's over. Fine to peek into streaming video from time to time, but I just don't think it would make a compelling live TV show. The produced version they show in December is usually awesome, though. |
