Good steady pace. I went out moderately and then pushed a little more on the second half.
What would you do differently?:

Haven't focused much on swimming in my training, so the swim was about as good as could be expected.

Transition was fast, but I can't take all the credit. Working for the title sponsor has it's perks. We had a reserved rack very close to the both T1 entry and exit.
Kept the transition very very simple. Wetsuit off, helmet on, go.

Pace felt good. Last year I pushed hard and had little left for the run. The training has paid off and I was able to ride faster while still keeping something in the bank for the run.

Felt OK on the run. More focus on running in training has helped a lot, but still, this pace was not up to my expectation.
