Kind of an impromptu survey here, as we are closing in on indoor trainer season...

For those of you that use Spinervals, which DVD is your favorite? I know a few newer ones have come out relatively recently and I'm looking for the best "bang for your buck" kick your butt edition.

I've got about a dozen of them. Depends on what's on my training schedule as to which one I like best.

I really like the Aero Base Builder set for off season with occasional make it hurt workout.

Also look at Carmichael's workout DVDs. He's got a handful out as well.

Love spinervals. I have a 2yr old and have to train indors a lot. I like recovery and technique for easy days and Have Mercy for tough workouts.
