Surely there's some way to use the sarcasm font for a subject line.

Nothing like logging in to my "Wall" to find an ad in the top position that reads:

"Running is a waste of time"

Admittedly borderline...but since I don't do COJ anymore, everyone would have missed out on the golden irony of my post if I didn't post it here.

Well, at least your target ads are somewhat relevant. In my Facebook profile I listed the musical instruments I play. Among them was "bass."

Now I get a bunch of fishing ads.

Just be glad you aren't single.  I'm considering telling facebook I have a girlfriend so it will shut up about "finding single runners" and various other online dating I'd rather not see on a daily basis.

Dunno why, but this made me laugh.  A lot.

I have my relationship status on FB as "in a relationship" so there are ALWAYS ads for engagement rings.

FB thinks I'm fat.  I could stand to lose 5lbs but still.

I'm actually quite disturbed by how accurate the ads are that I get! Its kind of creepy sometimes how much it "knows" about me!

A lot of my status updates are political and somehow FB has decided I'm a Republican.  Nothing against Republicans, but if FB actually could read what I post, I'm pretty sure the last thing it would greet me with when I login is a smiling mugshot of Meg Whitman or Dick Armey...

(Okay, now I've officially dragged my own thread off into COJ-land.)

I only use FB on my phone, the mobile version of the site had no ads and forces no other garbage down your neck.

The creepiest for me is when the ads insert profile pics of my friends into the ads.
(Picture of *random* friend) "I've found the power of acci berry, try it yourself!"

Gah!
