D3 Multisport is introducing the ultimate in group indoor training at the new D3 Energy Lab to open this November in Boulder, CO!

There is no other center like this in the area and it can benefit YOU this winter when the temperature drops, the winds are howling, and the road is covered in snow!

The D3 Energy Lab will provide a CompuTrainer MultiRider system with coached workouts allowing up to 16 riders at a time. This system provides a new, exciting and technically superior method of indoor group bike training and racing. It's a great way to stay motivated and to stick to a training program (off-season or in-season).

Workouts will include:

1.       Time Trial to determine your Lactate Threshold

2.       *Weekly threshold workouts to improve your racing ability

3.       *Weekend long rides on courses YOU will race on!

4.       *Special Events!

Want to check out this incredible new training option? Well, here is your chance. EVERY rider will get their first ride for FREE and be entered to win a 4 week training block of 8 FREE classes! It’s simple, go to the website and enter TODAY!

We also have a special promotion that will give you a chance to win 8 free rides this winter.  Go to www.d3multisport.com/EnergyLab for more information. While you’re there you can enter to WIN. Make sure to enter the promo code “BT_10”. The winner will be selected on October 27th.

You can certainly come up for Saturday long rides in the winter! Why ride alone when you can ride actual courses and socialize with others? Try it out this winter - you'll be glad you did!

Looks pretty darn cool Mike.  I can see a group session on a cold blustery day for sure.  Now, we just need a sitting service too, so both Shannon and I can play at the same time.

That's why we have college kids! My college team does 90% of our babysitting. They are awesome!

Aw hell! Just to prove I'm tougher than they are, I may have to ride up to Boulder for a session or two.

To prove you are tougher, ride your bike up, attend the class and ride home! Ok - there it it - your NEW challenge.

USAT Level 3 coaches? ;-)

Access to running trails, paths and do you get to train with National Champions?

Good luck with your business - wish you the best!

Working on it Mike!!

I actually think that D3 is an awesome way to go.  GREAT training for athletes in Boulder.  I almost opened in Boulder this past year but I felt that the athletes in and around Golden deserved to get the same high end training as those in your neighborhood.

We have a running track less than 400m away and more than a dozen trail heads within minutes.
The Rip-Tide PRO team trains with us along with SEVERAL All Americans.  But we have athletes of all abilities.

May want to check out the CrossFit Endurance gym in Golden.  It's a little closer than Boulder and it's a great gym to. Great people, coaches and the computrainers are better than watching any movie at home.
