Sneaky Slow  8694       Herndon, VA, |  Subject: National Coming-Out DayToday is National Coming-Out Day. It's supposed to raise awareness of LGBT issues... and encourages people like me to take next steps in living a fuller and more open life. Wait, what? People like me? A bunch of you likely remember this guy newleaf, or Tim, as he used to be called. He was funny at times, but also could be a bit of a sarcastic a$$hole. Well, a big part of the reason he was like that, was because he had gender identity disorder. The whole "woman trapped in a man's body" thing. I've disappeared from BT for a while, since I've been dealing with this. Lately, I live my life as myself... a woman. In two weeks, I will start going to work as myself... a woman. My name is Teagan.... tealeaf. If you'd like to read about what this is like... I'm told my non-BT blog is pretty good. It's here. I just got back from Chicago this past week, visiting a close friend. You might recognize her. I'm the one who is trying to grow her hair out.   So, there you go. I haven't trained much this year and haven't posted much. Not sure if that will change in the near future... I hope so. So.... cheers, and happy coming-out day!! Whatever it is that *you* might be hiding, whether it is something big like me, or something small and seemingly insignificant, I'll tell you that it feels a HECK of a lot better to be open, honest, and genuine.
