New PR and knocked 2.5 minutes off my time from last year. Next goal is to go sub 20.

Keep training.

I could always run more!

Garmin came in at 20:49 but this wasn't a chip timed race and I started it at the gun so who knows.
Course: First mile is down hill. Second mile climbs. Third mile has a mix of up and down.
