Can anyone tell me if any Dura Ace components are compatible with SRAM Red? If I went to SRAM would I need to use a SRAM cassette and chain or could I keep my Dura Ace cassette and chain?

basically so long as you don't start mixing shifters and derailleurs (even then you could make *most* combo's work... SRAM and Shimano have different pulls on the RD however) you'll be fine with the rest. What you are suggesting is certainly workable and common.

I was riding with two guys yesterday on the same race team that had everything mixed and were happy. Ultegra brake levers,Force front darailer,Dura Ace rear derailer, force Brakes, I say whatever!

FYI-allot of people I know that have SRAM Red are going to Shimano Cassettes and Chain to reduce noise from the red Cassette and chain combo and increase smoothnesss that is common with a Shimano drivetrain.
