Comments:

ALOT more hills than I thought.
What would you do differently?:

More hill training. My left knee hurt at the last 5 km. Go to the bathroom earlier during the race.
Post race
Warm down:

Wrapped in foil, wakled and stretched.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Needed a bathroom break but the line ups were too long and my knee hurt.

Event comments:

More porta johns would have helped. There were also some areas up the bridge that were tight and we needed to walk.

Nice run Tracey!  I'm doing a run this weekend that sounds similar.  Starts in the US - across the Peace Bridge and then around the falls.  That's the full marathon - I'm doing the half which is just on the Canadian side.  Hope I can match your pace!  I'd be pleased as punch!  Hope the knee feels better soon.
