As the race director it was run around like crazy trying to get everything done on time.
No pre-race routine as runner

I thought as a participant the race was great. As the RD, I could have done better. We delayed the start for 5 minutes to allow more late registrations.

Actually train for thsi race.

No sleep, food, or training.

Event comments:

For my 1st time as RD it was pretty good minus the couple of preventable mistakes.
