Shuffled all the way. Walked through the aid station drinking water and taking gels.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Hills on the Bike course.

Event comments:

Disappointed on the race overall as far as organization. No timing mats on bike laps, or run laps. No food on bike course, only fluids. No volunteers in changing tents. Cotton T-shirts. Not much in the goody bag. Bike course on busy highway type roads, have narrow shoulder to ride, no room to pass other riders.

Good job Anne! You found out this is one Florida course that isn't flat but you handled it great. The first one is always a learning experience.

Great Job.
But there were plenty of timing mats on the run.
I agree bike course is tough.
