Comments: carried water bottle with Clif drink. sipped throughout. finished just before end. worked well. had two hammer gels but didn't want them. What would you do differently?: get sports beans. those would have been ok to eat. did ok on the hills despite no hill training. downhills were a little ouchy. Post race
Warm down: had water, an apple, and a honey milk light and walked back to car. left knee tightened up after. iced it at home. Event comments: no recycling???!!! Last updated: 2010-10-21 12:00 AM
