Pangea Adventure Races

Has anyone done any of the Pangea Adventure Races (http://www.pangeaadventureracing.com/, around Orlando)?

I was just looking for general opinions. They look fun and I was thinking of sucking some of my family into doing one and wanted to get some feedback on what people thought of them.
