Where on Earth are you running?  It might be time to pick a new route.

It must be Marin County (Birthplace of Mountain Biking).  Those crazy MTB'ers do it all out in the wilderness

Heck, all I ever see is coyote poop and the occasional javalina.

I think I prefer that.

I don't know that I would know what a diaphragm looks like. I also wonder how that conversation would go "I feel like something is missing, but I can't put my finger on it" (pun intended).

Ok, you win the prize! Ewww!! That's gross!!! LOL! At least it sounds like your routes are never boring? Do you pack heat when you run?? LOL!!

I run on a trail & all I see are birds, squirrels, deer & snakes.  I think if I ran on a more "urban" route, I'd see what your seeing.  I have done a couple runs in Central Park & have never seen those things there either!!  Although the people watching  is great & could be distracting at times. 

You gotta stay out of the "red light" district.

I often run on a trail that goes by a somewhat remote parking lot. One time a few years ago I was running by and there was one SUV in the lot. A guy got out of the back door and started dropping his pants. His back was to me and I assumed he was just taking a leak. A few seconds later a completely nude woman comes out the front door, drops to her knees and starts giving the guy a BJ. I don't think they ever saw me and I was only in that area for maybe 15-20 seconds.

Should have stayed and gave them a round of applause afterward

May be it dropped out of their Special Needs bag from a recent IM?

And for the person who doesn't know what one looks like, it looks like a very large (well, compared to most!) rolled-up condom.  

Here in Vegas, mostly we see broken beer bottles, and cig butts on the road side.  Oh yeah also on the ground tons of flyers for escorts at your door in under 30 minutes or it's free. (or is that pizza)

I've been running and biking past the same dead frogs or toads (I think that's what they are) at various spots along the road for the past 2-3 months now.  I guess those things are slow to decompose...
