Subject: Early AM workout 'not yet awake' problem
Couldn't figure out why my swim suit (yes, I train in a regular bathing suit!) wasn't fitting right. Figured it was 4:15 AM so maybe I'm just not awake.

Get to the pool, and about 1/2 way through the workout, I wonder why the back pocket is flopping around. Tried, but wasn't able to tuck it back in. Then it dawned on me. My suit was on inside out.

it looked like I had a tail with the pocked flapping around. it also made sense as to why the velcro closure didn't seem normal, and why the string tie seemed to be off this AM. And why all the seams were showing. Oy...

Haha.  We've all done things like that.  The other day I forgot my towel and had to dry off with paper towels.  Did I ever get some funny looks.

First off, I have to give you props for swimming at 4:15 am.  That's dedication even for the lot of us crazy fools.

Secondly, I've done the exact same thing, except not during a swim workout.  I've gotten halfway through a run at 4:00 am when I realized that I had my shoes on the wrong foot.  I have no idea how I didn't feel the difference to this day...  I had shirts on the wrong way, inside out, backwards.  etc.  It happens to the best of us...
