Subject: Redman Full Distance Triathlon : Official Thread

Registration is open and I am in.  2nd IM (or iron-distance) and looking forward to it.  I did IM Louisville last year and loved it but wanted to do something a little closer to home.  Anyone else in yet?

Yep, registered.  Will be my first full IM (have done Swim/bike as part of a relay team).

Sadly I am too young to enter this year. I was so looking forward to doing my first IM but then I found out that the age limit is 17 I will only be 16.

Very sorry to hear but I do want to say that being ready for an IM at your age is impressive.  You should be proud.

Sadly, I'm out.  Had my knee scoped for the 3rd time ~2.5 weeks ago and Doc informed me that "weight-bearing" activities are out.  So, for the foreseeable future, my season is done.

Good Luck with the race!  I wish I could be there!
