rode over to Winston with Dasher friends
ate oatmeal about 5:00
took lots of pictures
Event warmup:

nothing-good to Sara and david at the start line

They did not have chips so my actual start was about 25 seconds after the race start

Warm down:

took a shower at downtown YMCA in Winston Salem. Glad I brought a towel and lock for my locker

Great race John!  Couldn't have been a nicer morning to race.  Much better than the raining mess last year.  And we avoided the snow...barely!
