Comments:

I paced wonderfully, my splits were: 8:10, 7:26, 7:22, 7:25, 7:16, 7:28, 7:21, 7:26, 7:33, 6:56, 6:53, 6:59, 6:56 and 1:48.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing at all, a great day, good race and well executed.
Post race
Warm down:

Jogged easy inside the huge athlete lounge.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing, I couldn't have had a better race at this level of fitness.

Event comments:

Second time at White Rock and it won't be the last.
