WPB Race for the Cure 5k competetive run. Went to Safari last night w CHris and had 3 beers, so didn't get to be until 12:30 then had to be up at 5:30. So didn't get enought sleep. Run wasn't too bad. Little side stitch action and right knee a little sore. After the race met up with Amy & Elena and ran/walk the team 5k. probably ran about 2 miles of the 3.1. right calf cramped up a bit on that run. ING Miami 1/2 Marathon tomorrow. So tired :(
