Run
Comments: All I can say is WOW! It was hard, it was fun, it was satisfying. I've been working with a run coach the last two months and it has really helped my running and confidence. Our race plan was: miles 1&2 @ ~10:00 min/mile miles 3&4 @ ~9:50 min/mile mile 5 @ tempo pace, ~9 min/mile final sprint ~fartlek pace ignore all the other runners and just concentrate on hitting my pace goals, a little faster throughout the race, leave it all on the course What would you do differently?: nothing! Post race
Warm down: some walking, cheer in my friends What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing Last updated: 2010-10-18 12:00 AM
