No......I'm training for an Ironman, I'm sure they will get over it!  Besides, you know how many people come and go when I'm doing a 2 hour spinning session?

Lora109 - 2010-12-31 3:59 PM To the OP, yeah, I abide but only if it's full. I ran for an hour on one the other day. Many came and went while I was on mine, but there was at least one available of the good models and 5-6 of the lesser models.

To another poster, the only reason I drape my towel over the time is so I don't know how far I've gone. To me, it's like watching water try to boil.

I cover mine at home, no matter how hard I try not to, I am always looking at the numbers

Just like everyone else, I use the 30 minute run if the gym is full.  I much rather run outside but I have been going with my wife since she has taken up running.  Trying to support her in her efforts to get healthy.  If it wasn't for that, I would run outside unless there was a storm and pouring rain.

brucemorgan - 2010-12-31 3:21 PM Every time I think I want to stop paying $$ for my gym, and just get a Bally's membership, I read these sorts of threads and I realize that I really like my gym.

No 30 minute limit, dozens of treadmills in multiple rooms.  Huge free weight room.  Dozens of different machines. Four pools (dedicated 5-lane lap pool, shallow family pool, multi-purpose pool with 12' deep end which opens for lap swimming, plus a therapy / teaching pool).

Hard to beat.

I'm assuming this is the Pro club in Bellevue. I've had a gym membership of some sort or another since the 1990's accross many states and cities. I think the Pro club is, overall, one of the best gyms in the country. I've never had to wait for a cardio machine, and very rarely have more than 2 people in a swim lane.
