Subject: Am I getting a good deal?

Here's whats on the chopping block:

Selling:

    Renn 575 Disc and HED3 Front.  Also paying $300 on top.

Getting:

    American Classic 420 wheelset that was recently laced to a 2010 powertap Elite+ hub
    Garmin Edge 705 w/ mounts
    Wheel Cover for the rear

Both wheelsets are a couple years old.  What say you BT?  Good deal, fair deal, bad deal?

Just looking at retail and assuming equal depreciation, looks like the PT combo is the better deal.
