So here's my race layout:

May 15th - Green Bay Marathon
June 11th - Elkhart Lake Oly (C race, practice for the HIM)
July 17th - Door County HIM (B race, techniquely, I just want to finish)

Is this too crazy?  I truely plan on following my pacing EXACTLY for the HIM in the Oly.  And as I stated above, I just want to finish the HIM (without feeling like death).

Sounds do-able to me. Depends on your current fitness, but if you are running a marathon in a few months, I'm guessing you are in good shape.
Looking at your logs, I would start getting serious about the swimming pretty soon.

This looks good to me, 4 weeks prior to your HIM, the Oly race will give you a good indication of your fitness leading into your last 2-3 weeks of build prior to HIM taper.

Just started back at swimming this week and will continue at LEAST 2x a week up untill race day.  I'll most likely bump up to 3x after the mary.

Crazy is all relative.

I'm doing two of the same races you are.   I'm doing Elkhart Lake Oly (mainly because its the Regional championship race) and the Door County Half-Iron.

IMO you would benefit more from "racing" the Olympic and saving the pacing strategy for a different day.  You are not going to get any significant benefit from going at HIM pace in an Olympic race.

Why not do a 50 mile ride and 3-6 mile run at HIM race pace with your anticipated nutrition strategy...that will prepare you for your HIM.  You can add a hard swim to the front of that if you want....but this is what I do to prepare and see if my pacing is in line and nutrition is working.

Not crazy, and I agree that you don't need to hold back for the Oly.  For me, the difference between 'A' and 'C' races has nothing to do with pacing during the race.  Instead, it's about the extent to which my training (and recovery) is geared to that race.  (For 'A', entirely, and for 'C', not at all.)

Hrm, your run miles are a bit low for that plan, but you have time.  Have you run marathons before?  How was your recovery time.  It takes me a solid 2-3 weeks before I am good to go on the run again, but that doesn't mean you can't shift to a swim/bike focus for a couple weeks and then hit training harder week 3.  Your Oly may not be great, but you should be fine for the HIM.  Oly recovery is like 1-2 days, not a biggie at all.

I have no run a marthon before, but am in the midst of training for it now.  When I did my Half mary it was a good week before I could get an "good" running in, so I'm planning on cutting back and taking it easy for the next 2 weeks (I'll adjust accordingly).  Just wanted to make sure I won't burn out before the HIM
