Subject: RE: My arch hurts..... Sounds a little like plantar fasciitis, but it's hard to tell. For PF, what has helped me was easing up on the running. If things start to hurt just walk for a minute or two, and don't push it too hard. I would also stretch my legs, especially calves and ankles, using traditional methods as well as a foam roller. Lastly, what helps is rolling a frozen water bottle under my foot. My PF comes and goes, but these things have made it come a lot less frequently. Eventually it'll be gone for good. |
