Subject: Time Crunched Triathlete
Anyone read this book and following the plan? I'm starting the Intermediate Olympic Training plan tomorrow. Just interested if anyone else is doing it as well.

Just read the book and am planning on using the intermediate olympic plan and then the 1/2 ironman.  I'm planning to start in 2 weeks.  Would love to hear how it goes for you.
