Some dynamic stretching.

Comments:

My lack of training for the past 6 weeks over the holidays caught up to me. My cardio was great, just the pain in the knees and hips slowed me way down.
What would you do differently?:

More training miles before the race. I did not run a long run of more than 10 mile or more than 25 mpw the 6 weeks leading up to the race. And I felt it.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked around finish line and to gear pickup.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training

Event comments:

I enjoyed the race. I did not push too hard and just went with it.

Wow.  Without long run training, I'm amazed that you even made the distance.  that's pretty impressive.
