Subject: Tri Club in Central Arkansas
There's a new tri club in C. Arkansas for those of you who want to be plugged in to a tri group.  You can check it out at www.allintri.blogspot.com. Pretty cheap to join for the year.

OK, this club is growing rapidly filling with athletes of all levels and experiences.  The website has changed...check it out!  www.allinmultisport.com.   The other link is now the club blog. 

If you're a first time triathlete don't worry!  Join the club because there's plenty of opportunity for instruction, tips, clinics, etc.  Plus there's discounts available for the items you need for your training and races.

All In Multisport is having an Open House Tuesday April 5th at US Pizza on Kavanaugh in Little Rock starting at 6:30pm.  If you'd like to join and are curious, come out and see what we're all about.  You can get more info at www.allinmultisport.com.

Cheekcn,

There are a number of training opportunities throughout the week to jump in on and participate.  Right now there are at least two different rides planned each Saturday (routes and times vary but are well communicated in advance).  There's also Sunday opportunities.

In addition there are runs and rides posted throughout the week that anyone is invited to participate in. 

Those opportunites are posted on Facebook.  Check it out if you haven't already.

Come on board...we'd love to have you become part of the AIM group!

Still working on it.  We hope to have some answers soon.  The local lake we've used in the past is reconsidering allowing us to use it....so, we're looking for some alternatives until we know for sure.

Racing Memphis in May this weekend?  So are we!  We'll have a huge 10'x20' tent set up as our club headquarters.  Come by, get a cold drink and say hello.

We missed the Memphis in May (we were set up at the Ironman Texas expo in Houston).  We had several friends from the Northwest Arkansas Triathletes racing - how did your club members do?

We had a great time with a large turnout!  We saw several of the NWA Tri athletes out there competing too.

The weather wasn't the best for racing with a pretty consistent downpour for most of the race but at least it kept it cool.  Several of the AIM athletes did very well and I think most everyone was pleased with their results.  Hope your group faired well also.

We've got a pretty good contingency doing the half in Arkadelphia in a couple of weeks.  We'll also have a tent set up there as well.  Stop by if you're going to be there.

August AIM Meeting:

The club's next meeting is Tuesday August 2nd at US Pizza Co - Hillcrest, 2710 Kavanaugh beginning at 6:30p.  The meeting is open to everyone, members & non-members alike.

Registered dietitian Mandie Smith will be on hand to discuss nutrition for endurance athletes. 

Pizzas and salads will already be ordered to help eliminate the chaos of many folks trying to order.  As a result we're asking for only $5/person at the door to help offset the costs.

Come on out, we'd love to see you!

Subject: First Club Meeting of 2012!

AIM's first club meeting will be held Tuesday April 3rd @ 6:30p at the Hillcrest US Pizza Co. (2701 Kavanaugh).  Pizza and Salad will be provided.

We'll talk about the changes we've made to the club, the upcoming season, AIMs big races and more!

The meeting is open to all so come out, enjoy and talk triathlons!
