Yeah me too. I'll only have time for one loop unless I come out earlier, as I have swim group at 10:00 to get to.

This sounds like a plan to me. We could always just do a few intervals up King Kong.

FYI - a few of us are running TTL Friday night at 6 p.m.  Short 4-mile run including Curry hill. I'm bringing beer and chocolate milk as post-run recovery drinks, and then we might hit a Mill Ave restaurant for dinner afterwards. Come on out and join us!

Hi, I am sorry to cancel, but won't be able to make it tomorrow morning. I hope you still have a nice group going. Will try to catch you next week.

Rick and Kerri, I'll aim to be out at Walgreen's by 8:15 so we can be wheels down and riding by 8:30 to give Kerri more time to get the swim meet. See you guys soon!

Kim, Dean and I are planning a ride after Lost Dutchman. We are thinking either Tortilla Flat or Usery

I've been watching the weather. I know it's good training to ride in the cold rain, but I am very tempted this weekend to join Dean in the garage watching the Daytona 500 while on the trainer...

You can aim your handle bars to the left and pretend like your in the race.

I hate to bring this up, but it must be done. Are any of you Oceanside peeps making a trip to Saguaro for a cold practice swim? I'm thinking I should remind my body of what it's like to be in cold water, rather than a heated pool. And I haven't done an OW swim since November. Anyone?

First Wave Tri folks are going to Lake Pleasant in 10 minutes.  BUT they'll probably do it again next Thursday.

Anyone is welcome at these workouts. They are very nice folks.
