Subject: training in Rochester
Hi all,

I am training for my second HIM this summer and am having a hard time getting my butt motivated.  I was thinking that if there was anyone training near me we could team up?  I live in Rochester, so if youre near by and interested, let me know!

I need to get my butt in gear for Keuka, I am pretty out of shape, but wouldnt mind finding a group to swim with/get pointers from when I am in town. I travel about 80% of the time so would be a poor partner.

Want to bike faster, bike more.
Want to run faster, run more.
Want to swim faster, get a coach.

I live in Canandaigua, and own both a road and tri team as part of my business - "Nice Tri Multisport Coaching and Rentals".  Our group ride days are Saturday and Sunday, and we'd love to have you and your friends come out and join the group.  Most of my clients are from the Rochester area.  I usually make pancakes for everyone after the ride!

Nice Tri is also sponsoring a Run-Bike-Run in Canandaigua the first Wednesday of every month (starting April 6th) for the RATs, so come on out and enjoy!

Please feel free to email me or send me a message for more information on group workouts.

The crew at Medved and Fleet Feet have training runs you could look into, the hill repeats are fun. Laughing and Glen down at Tri Running and Walk in Victor has runs out of the shop and they hit the local trails.

Our gang is doing a "Drop" group ride this weekend at Webster park at 1000 and you are welcome to join!  Hopefully the weather will be decent!
