Nicole pushed me NICELY from miles 4-10, and then I upped the pace to finish a bit in front of her.
What would you do differently?:

Better mental effort and more of a push starting at mile 10.

Nothing. No jogging or stretching. Just hopped straight in a car and headed to LaCrosse.
